Castle Mountain is pleased to provide wheelchair and handicap accessible cabin suites in Banff, Alberta, Canada
PLEASE NOTE:
• Hotel rates are based upon single or double occupancy and subject to change without notice.
• Rates are subject to 4% Tourism Levy, 2% Destination Marketing Fee and 5% Goods Service Tax.
• Chalet reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card.
• Pet friendly accommodation is available for a nominal fee ($25 per pet per day).
• Cancellation Policy for Banff hotels: If for any reason you do need to cancel your cabin reservation and you do so 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within the 14 days there will be no refund of your deposit. Christmas / New Year's Booking Policy: To guarantee any cabins between December 19 and January 02, we require a minimum 2 night / 50% deposit on VISA, M/C or AMEX. Christmas / New Year's Cancellation Policy: If for any reason you do need to cancel your cabin reservation and you do so 30 days prior to your arrival date, we will refund your deposit minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. However, if you cancel within the 30 days there will be no refund of your deposit.
• A one-night deposit is taken and required at the time of reservation. This deposit increases subject to Holiday Seasons.
